Project 1 - Business & Strategy Development

Working with the corporate leadership team of a large electrical service provider to develop a diversification strategy to grow the business was prepared offering mechanical services through organic and partnership initiatives.  Partnership execution MOU’s, identification and pursuit of new opportunities and several expressions of interest for tier 1 mining, minerals & mining clients were subsequently developed with applicable action plans deployed to suit.

Project 2 - Continuous Improvement

Working with the senior leadership team, a continuous improvement framework was developed as both a competitive advantage and to address the continuing pressure from major clients to reduce cost and improve productivity on a recurring basis.  This framework was developed, implemented and subsequently rolled out to a tier 1 blue chip company as part of the ongoing programs service offering.

Project 3 - Technical Services

Deployed as a project technical adviser to a unique software product and solutions development company, created with the aim of assisting organisations to improve the robustness and agility of their decision making for improved business performance through better use and understanding of their data. Operational Success's in depth project delivery experience was utilised as part of the development team, to generate ideas and test various pilot programs which subsequently become the foundation for the latest decision making product currently sold to tier 1 blue chip clients. 

Project 4 - Strategy Development

Working as a business mentor for a start-up consultancy business, Operational Success  jointly developed a tailored business plan and strategy for deployment, aligned to the owner’s unique vision.  Subsequently the synergistic alignment to Operational Success’s vision has resulted in a life cycle delivery partnership for small projects, turnarounds, and ongoing service level agreements.
